    ~New forums. I really don't like the forumotion forums we have now. Try switching to something like:
    -Simple Machines Forums
    -Sytes Forums

    ~New website. The website is the first impression that players have on the server. If the website doesn't look well-done, then they'll assume the server isn't either. Try looking at more popular website hosts/designs.

    + 1 The website and forums look plain right now..

    My suggestions would to be to lighten the forums up a bit, and try getting a CMS for the website from ragezone.
